Nerovet AI Dentistry provides AI-powered pet dental health analysis services. Our services include:

  • AI-driven pet teeth photo analysis
  • Health scoring and issue detection
  • Health recommendations and veterinary consultation recommendations
  • Scan history management
  • PDF report generation (paid feature)

3. Important Disclaimer

AI analysis results cannot replace examination and diagnosis by a professional veterinarian. If your pet has any health problems or concerns, please consult a qualified veterinarian immediately.

Our AI system analyzes visible light photos and cannot detect deep issues that require X-rays. The accuracy of analysis results is affected by various factors such as photo quality and lighting conditions.

4. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account password secure
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 18 years old or use under legal guardian supervision
  • Update your account information promptly

If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

5. Usage Restrictions

The free plan provides 3 AI analyses per month. Usage quota automatically resets on the 1st of each month. We reserve the right to modify the terms of the free plan at any time.

6.2 Paid Plans

  • Pay-per-use: One-time purchase, takes effect immediately
  • Monthly subscription: Auto-renewal, can be canceled at any time
  • All prices are in USD
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

6.3 Refund Policy

  • Monthly subscription: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
  • Pay-per-use: No refunds after use
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

6.4 Canceling Subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made and there are no cancellation fees.

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property ownership:

  • Platform content: We retain all rights to the website, applications, AI models, trademarks, etc.
  • Your content: Photos you upload belong to you, but you grant us a license to use them to provide services
  • Analysis results: Belong to you and you are free to use them

We may use anonymized data to improve our services, but will not identify you.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, including:

  • Performing maintenance and updates
  • Adding or removing features
  • Changing pricing (will notify in advance)
  • Terminating accounts that violate terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on analysis results
  • Our liability is limited to the service fees you paid

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the service.

11. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.
